This page explains, in plain words, what Zoosk Dating AI collects, why it is kept, how long it stays and what you can ask us to remove.

1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to everyone who visits zoosk-ai.net, creates an account or exchanges messages with a Zoosk Dating AI companion. By using the service you accept the practices described here.
2. Adults only
Zoosk Dating AI is available exclusively to people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and any account found to belong to a minor is closed and its data erased.
3. Account information you give us
To open an account we ask for an email address, a display name and a password. You may optionally add a birth year, country and preferred language so Zoosk Dating AI can present suitable companions.
4. Chat content
Messages, prompts, mood selections and companion choices are stored so your conversation continues where it stopped and so your companion can recall earlier details.
5. Media you send
If you upload a picture or record a voice note inside a chat, it is stored with that conversation. Deleting the conversation deletes the attached media.
6. Payment details
Card numbers never reach Zoosk Dating AI servers. Purchases are handled by licensed payment providers, and we keep only the plan name, amount, currency, date and a masked reference.
7. Device and connection data
Like most websites we record IP address, browser type, operating system, screen size, referring page and time of visit. This helps us keep Zoosk Dating AI stable and spot abuse.
8. Cookies and similar storage
We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to remember display preferences and, where permitted, ones that measure how pages perform.
9. Managing cookies

18. Your role in security
Please use a unique password, keep it private and sign out on shared devices. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has entered your account.
19. How long data is kept
Account and chat data remain while your account is open. After you close it, records are removed within 90 days except where accounting rules require longer retention of billing entries.
20. Deleting individual chats
Any conversation can be cleared from your history inside the app. Cleared threads are removed from active systems and drop out of backups on the normal backup cycle.
21. Access, correction and portability
You may request a copy of the data linked to your account, correct anything inaccurate or ask for it in a portable format.
22. Objection and restriction
You may object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it while a complaint is being reviewed. We will explain what that means for your account before acting.
23. Automated conversation content
Companion replies are generated automatically. They are entertainment, not advice, and no automated decision here produces a legal or financial effect on you.
24. Marketing messages
If you opted in, we send occasional emails about features and offers. Every message contains an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
25. Support communications
Emails you send to support are stored with your account notes so we can follow the history of an issue, and they are deleted along with the account.
26. Links to other sites
Some pages link to partners and payment pages we do not run. Their own privacy statements apply once you leave Zoosk Dating AI.
27. Regional rights
Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada and several United States jurisdictions have additional statutory rights, and we honour valid requests wherever we can verify them.
28. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our answer you may complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
29. Changes to this policy
