Zoosk Dating AI Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Zoosk Dating AI. Please read them before creating an account or starting a conversation.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting zoosk-ai.net, opening an account or messaging a companion, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using Zoosk Dating AI.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age for adult entertainment. We may ask you to confirm your age and may close accounts that fail that check.
3. What the service is
Zoosk Dating AI provides entertainment conversations with fictional companions. It is not a matchmaking service, it does not introduce you to real people, and no companion is a real individual.
4. Fictional characters and images
Companion names, biographies, photos and voices are created for the platform. Any resemblance to a real person is unintended and coincidental.
5. Creating an account
You agree to give accurate details, keep them current, and use one account per person unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Account security
You are responsible for everything that happens under your login. Keep your password private and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
7. Personal use only
Access is granted for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Sharing, reselling or renting your account is not permitted.
8. Acceptable behaviour
Conversations must stay lawful. Content involving minors, real-world violence, trafficking, coercion or non-consensual scenarios is strictly forbidden and reported where required.
9. Prohibited technical activity
Do not scrape the site, run bots against it, probe for weaknesses, bypass limits or attempt to overload the service.
10. Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you write or upload and grant Zoosk Dating AI a licence to store and process it solely to operate your conversations.
11. Our intellectual property
The brand, layout, artwork, companion characters and written material on Zoosk Dating AI are protected and may not be copied or republished without permission.
12. Free and paid access
Some features are free. Others require a paid plan or a credit pack. Prices and inclusions are shown before you confirm any purchase.
13. Subscriptions renew
Where a plan is described as recurring, it renews automatically at the end of each period at the price displayed at purchase, until you cancel.
14. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the current period ends.
15. Refunds
Fees for digital content already delivered are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where a billing error occurred.
16. Billing errors
Report a suspected incorrect charge within 60 days. We investigate and correct genuine mistakes as quickly as our payment providers allow.
17. Taxes
Displayed prices may exclude local sales tax or VAT. Any applicable tax is added at checkout according to the country you supply.
18. Chargebacks
Disputing a legitimate charge with your bank rather than contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the case is reviewed.
19. Changes to features and pricing
We may add, alter or retire features and adjust prices. Price changes affecting an active subscription are announced before the next renewal.
20. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, provider outages and events beyond our control can interrupt access.
21. Nature of companion replies
Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Nothing said in a chat is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
22. Emotional wellbeing
Zoosk Dating AI is entertainment and is not a crisis service. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
23. Fair use limits
To protect performance we may apply daily message, image or voice limits, and may throttle activity that looks automated.
24. Moderation
We may review flagged content and remove material or restrict accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
25. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches, unlawful activity or attempted fraud. You may close your account at any time.
26. Effect of termination
When an account closes, access to conversations, media and unused credits ends, and stored content is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
27. Third-party services
Payment pages and partner links are operated by other companies under their own terms, which apply once you leave Zoosk Dating AI.
28. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
29. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Zoosk Dating AI in the twelve months before the claim.
30. Indemnity
You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these terms.
31. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and we ask you to contact support first so most disputes can be settled informally.
